| The bungalow is fully furnished with 04 bed rooms with queen size beds, attached bathrooms with hot water and showers, living, dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The resident cook is always available and will prepare your meals according to your menu. The bungalow has a fairly large beautifully landscaped garden, and has parking space within the premises. It can accommodate up to 12 guests and it also provides accomodation for drivers. |

| History behind the hotel |

| The brainchild behind this lovely colonial mansion is Sir Leo Fernando – philanthropist from Panadura in the early 30’s. A first of its kind in that era with two entrances made headlines in this sleepy hill town. He also commissioned a leading artist of that era mr. Dieder Fernando to put the finishing touches to this lovely bungalow by adding some of his masterpiece frescoes which still remains untouched. … thus magic of Saffron Hill House glows in its mystical settings. |
